| How best to remove 1972 Chevy 4x4 engine? I'm replacing the 350 engine in my 1972 Chevy 4x4. Is it best to remove the engine, tranny, and transfer case all together? or just the engine and tranny? or just the engine? Anything I should watch out for? THanks! |

| if you have an engine puller you could pull the engine and tranny together, but it is easier to pull the engine by itself. you can also drop the tranny with the transfer case attached if you have a tranny adapter for your floor jack.

| Depends on how high your hoist will go also. i recommend seperating them.
