 |  airbag light Does anyone know how to make the airbag light go off? My truck is a 97' V6 auto 1500 W/T. And where is the control unit at? Thanks |

 | Oh, this is a dealer issue. Dont drive around with it on. It could deploy at any instance. The light means there is an issue that needs to be resolved for it to work correctly.

| it could just mean the airbag is on? but not positive, if CG says he's positive, i'd listne to him bc like i said, i aint positive

| in more ways than one, airbags are EXPENSIVE to replace not to mention the interferance that it will cause when you are on the road. |

| You never get the airbag light just to show it is on. It indicates a problem. Some cars have a passenger airbag off light though.

| aight, thats what i wasnt sure about. a friend of mine was drivin down the road in his saturn, and both airbags went off, him and my buddy ridin shotgun both got hit with em

| i would pull the fuse for the air bag untill you can have it checked out, probably just a bad sensor.
