 | change oil light I changed oil on a 1999 chevy silverado pu now the change oil light is on . how do you reset it so the light will go out? Thank you for all your help |

| Just turn key to the on position engine not running and press the gas pedal to the floor and release 3 times in 5 seconds then the change oil light should flash indicating it was sucessfull. |
