05 Duramax programers and air intakes

I have an 05 Duramax with the edge with attitude performance module, with a 4" exhaust and I am looking to add an air intake. Any suggestions on which is the best?? Also I was thinking about getting another programer for this truck, is there any problems that can arise due to double chips or programers?? Any help is greatly appreciated.
