trany swap

i want to change my trany from a 350 to a 700r with overdrive . am i going to be able to do this without any major problems?

no major problems. tranny and convertor will bolt right up to block/flywheel. coolant lines are the same. you can use the same detent cable. The crossmember might need to be moved, the driveshaft might need to be shortened/lengthend, and you'll have to wire a toggle for the convertor lock up solenoid.
