| Header/Exhaust help please Looking for a stock replacement for factory header. I have a 85 custom deluxe 305,AT catback exhaust with factory y pipe and cat converter. I changed to non-egr intake and carb so i want to clean up the mess left behind by removing smog stuff. I'm not trying to build a racecar just want it to sound/look good. Shorty? full header? leave Y pipe? true duals? HELP too many options.. Dirt is for racin, asphalt is for gettin there!!!!!!!!!!!!1 |

| i talked to a summit tech guy and he says keep Y pipe and go with factory replacement shortys cuz if i remove all backpressure ie.. true duals,hi flow cat then it will kill my low end power/torque... since i'm not using hi performance heads/cam etc.. what do you guys think?? |

| you can still have back pressure with true duals. just make sure you don't over do it on the pipe diameter.
