 | 1979 C10 trans i am looking at a 79 C10 that has an auto trans. i am wondering if it is possible to put a 3 spd manual trans in and use the same column and linkages from the auto |

| To change it over to a 3 spd you would also have to change the column, the 3 spd uses to shift arms where an a.t. only uses one.The two columns are completely differant and will not work. |
