4L65E shift kit problems??

Has anyone exprienced problems with the 4L65E on the silverdao SS, AFTER a shift kit??? The 1-2 shift is great, but the 2-3 has a flare now?? The 4L65E and 4L60E are almost the same.but the 65 hase 5 pinion planets and a better sun shell...I am wondering if there was some fluid path changes that are causing some problems with the accumulator?? I have seen this in one other 4L65E, also in a Silverado SS...but the shift kits in the vette's seems to be fine (same 4L65E)

ANyone have any knowledge on changes GM may have made here??

5 pinion gears, heat treated stator shaft, induction hardened turbine shaft, hd low, and reverse roller clutch, additional friction plate for 3 - 4, and a revised valve body calibration. Those are the internal differences between the "L-60", and the "L-65". The L-65 is also a little larger , and sometimes requires a tunnel modification, and driveshaft mods are gonna be required due to the additional length.
That is about all I know about this pretty fantastic transmission.
What type of shift kit did you install? An electronic one, or one that modified the valve body?
If the lader, it is not uncommon to have seen 4L60E components in the wrong box marked 4L65, the same goes for the program parameters.
How do you verify this? I really don't know. Hard to determine whether it is mechanical, or electrical.
