Need A Cheap Lift!!!!

I have a 2005 Ram 1500 double cab and want to level ikt and lift it about 2 inches for CHEAp!! any ideas???

but what the best way to go!! like blocks on my leaf springs or body!! and what to do about the independant front suspension??

http://performancelifts.com/cgi-bin/...D10-46402.html Here is a link for a nice lift for that truck.... not exactly cheap but, ..... anyways, if you are just looking for looks, thos trucks can fit 33's from the factory, most of the time, and that would increase ride height and give a off-road look.
