At any aftermarket performance shop, you can purchase a bypass regulator for your o2, and air mixture sensors wich should allow it read right from your computer.... I wouldn't nescesarily recomend this, but it has worked for a few people I know.

Yeah that will work, but you need to make sure you get them tuned so that you don't cause the mixture to be too lean. but if you go that route, the guys at the performance shop should be able to help you there too.

Ok but the only problem im really having is that it has worked before by just re programming it to the trucks original specs, what will the bypass do and doesnt the programmer do that in itself
?

Yes and no. By in stalling the bypass, the o2 sensors read the exhaust as fine, and air mixture will help, so when you get the lovely polution test that we now need, because these sensors are tuned to the supercharger, then the exhaust... thru the computer... will read clan. Now when you reprogrammed the brain for the supercharger, that changed the timming settings and performance for air intake, however, your other sensors are still operating under original peramiters. Does that make sense? It is a cheap part, in comparison, and I know a few people who used it and it works. but for a complete description, check with the guys at the performance shop, since they will have to order the right one for your application anyways, i am sure they can explain it better....

As long as we are talking about cheating the emissions test, I use nitrous oxide to do it. I spray through a jet I modified with only a .009 orifice. Since the test is measured in PPM, the scale is thrown off by the introduction of additional oxygen, thus a clean emissions passing 521 CI big block ford on race gas. Should hear that roller cam cracking those valves open and closed, with that idle we all know, and love, and watching those guys doing the test shrug their shoulders when it passes,,,,priceless!
You can trick the machine (sniffer) pretty easily by introducing more oxygen into the exhaust system, not to tricky, and easy to conceal.
Just thought I would share...he, he....
