The regulator, or tracks are mis-aligned.
I have complete doors with all power equipment including mirrors sitting around if interested....

I have the exact same problem on the same truck.

75K30: how hard is that to fix?

Getting the door panel off is the toughest part. Lots of clips, and hidden fasteners, like the one down inside of the door pocket. Once you get the panel off, and the plastic out from the inside, (watch all of that black sticky stuff, it gets everywhere.) you will notice a couple of 10 mm bolts on the plastic tracks that attatches to the glass itself. If they appear straight, and undamaged, it may just be dry, and requires some lube. Note that these are located on both sides of the glass, both front side, and rear part of the glass. If one looks like it is in a bind, loosten it, and make the adjustment to free it up. It takes a few moments to get it right, but once you do, it will run like butter.
Good luck................

Does that have the cable style regulator? If so, the cable may be fraying and jamming up some. Definitely be careful with the black stuff. its like some sort of torture pulling it out of your arm hair..
