swap to carb

hey im swappin the old tbi out of my 1989 chevy k1500 , adn i want to remove the ugly looking wires under the hood , can anyone help me in wich ones i can remove without screwin my truck . Thanks for the help . I would also like to remove the computer. Thank u ver much and have a nice day

yo

i allready did , i rebult a older 350 adn it was cheape to go to a carb cause i allready had the edelbrock performer intake ...my tbi , didnt line up , i ground it out , bu ti stiull didnt like it ...so i switched to carb , now im trying ot get rid of the eclectral **** thats under the hood ..... any help

well basically any sensor that had to do with the injection. shouldn't need any of the mapping anymore. basically if you switch to carb wouldn't you be doing away with the computer as a whole?
