Question 89 1/2 ton, manual tranny, won't shift

Hi, I drive a 1989 1500 with a 350 with a 5 speed. Recently, I was driving the truck, and when I went to stop, I engaged the clutch, kept the gear shift in second, as I rolled to a stop, the truck stalled. I made an attempt to fire it up with the tranny in neutral, and had no problems starting, but it would not go into gear, just grind. I have pulled the transmission out, hoping to find a bad pressure plate or slave cylinder problem, how ever I encountered the clutch fork has worn down along with the pivot ball. For some reason, what ever holds the fork either wore off/broke off and now the fork won't release the clutch. Does anyone know where I could find a new clutch fork, pivot ball, and the retainer springs that hold the release bearing on? And if possible, does anyone know of a website that has good drawings of this set up?

Thanks, Sean

Im not sure but I think your only gonna find those items at a junkyard or dealer. The dealer should have a blow up of the parts for you also.

Best clutch fork is made by Lakewood. They make a replacement for GM and others too. About 35.00 I think, not sure about pivoit ball.
