98 dodge van no spark no fuel 318 motor

my brother bubba has 318 tb injected v-8 in a van. quit running. no spark or sometimes very weak spark. no fuel in rail valve. ive been told crankshaft sensor, distributor pick up, ecm, any ideas. sprayed ether direct into tb stated once now no spark. any help , thanks ubee

check your distributor. i believe you will find the problem with it.
