Oil Pressure Guage Problem

Hey there everyone. I am a newb to this site but I like what I see. I'm hoping someone out there has had a similiar problem and knows a good fix. I've got a 98 1 ton with the 12 valve cummins. My oil pressure guage drops out sometimes when I slow to a stop. I've had the pressure sending unit replaced three times and have even increased the idle rpm by 50 and it still happens. The increase in rpm made it occur less often but it still persists. The problem originally started after I installed a BD engine brake and it was very frequent when the brake was on. Any alternitive ideas? Appreciate the help.
