power window

I have a 1992 Dakota with power windows, the pass. side will not roll down properly, when it rolls down or up it tips toward the front of the door and gets stuck, I have to right it and then it will go up and or down, I took the the door apart and can not figure out why it is doing it all the window guides seem to be in place and secured, does anyone have a Idea or pictures of the regulator?

some windows use a plastic clip in side the window track to hold it in place while it operates, but you cant see this clip unless you remove the window. and some use plastic mounting clips on the bottom of the window that push and pull the window one of these could be broken also.

I dont think your regulator is to blame at least not yet remove the window or roll it up and down while you have the door apart and watch how it operates and look for those plastic clips I mentioned earlier. take a flash light and look inside the door at the bottom and see if any thing broken is laying down there.

thanks, I found the trouble, there is a clip at the top of the window an it is missing, I'll check with the dealer to see if i can oder one.
