| growling truck!?!?!? my 85 ram growls at me when i turn it off ,what does this mean???? |

| Maybe you should feed it lol. Seriously though, It sounds like your carburator is sucking in air when you shut it down. The choke could be sticking. Im only guessing though, is it a mechanical grinding noise?

| start your truck and then have someone shut it off and see if you can hear or see where the noise is coming from.
