Lightbulb Chevy drivetrain in a Dakota?

I was just wondering if the complete drivetrain out of my 1992 S-10 Blazer would fit under my 1991 Dakota. I would love to have my 4.3 and overdrive automatic transmission in the truck. Apart from driveshafts and hooking everything up, is the actual swap possible. Would the torsion bar suspension from my Blazer fit on a 2wd dakota frame?

What R u trying to accomplish exactly?
Sure the engine and trans will go in there, but why try to use the front end?
Does the dakota front end not work?
I am a little confused. Sounds like more work than necessary.
Might seem like a decent body swap if you wanted a complete chevy drivetrain. You probably would not gain anything by trying to use the axles and such.
Which of these is 4wd?
