 | help 96 dodge 4x4 I took it to shop 8 weeks ago and still not running thay put a dist cap,rotor plug wires plus oil switch dist pick up and crank sensonr truck was running but would surge now it starts with the firt blast of gas then dies can pour fuel and runs great . thay are saying its losting ground to the injectors is whats wrong but that cant find it anyone with any advice thanks |

 | sounds more like a fuel presure problem. Tow it to a better shop sounds like they really dont know what they are doing! |

| THE Pcm controls the ground to the injectors but uses other sensors to tell it how much to open the injectors and how long to keep open.I also agree 8 weeks is too long for a shop that has proper equiptment.they should know if it is pcm/short or open in wire or one of the sensors at least. hope this helps. |

| I notice that my check eng light does not come on I turn key on now . I call and thay said thay check the pmc and was working but with the check eng light not comming on xcant get any codes I was told |

| still not running I have now change the wiring harrenss the pcm and fuel pump still will not run but from the first start |
