sorry to say, that is just a generic SES code reader.

the only thing it is capable of doing is retrieving codes set for your powertrain and testing your sensors for emissions. i have a similar tool i purchased at walmart for around $100.

Well, this one is on it's way so I guess I'll just see how it goes. I love this truck to death and I hope it's just a broke sensor or something minor.

edit: can you give me the name of a code reader that will diagnose my ABS?

you could buy a scanner made just for brakes such as this one
ABS Brake Scan CP9449 - CP9449-AST
or you can get this one, which will read every computer in you vehicle.

I wiggled the E-brake a little to the left to center it yesterday before starting the truck. I drove it around for about 10 mins and both the ABS and brake lights were off and didn't come back on. Very weird.

Unless of course the movement is altering the ground for both circuits.
There was also an early production recall for pedals that didn't return all the way
ans set the light. Fix was a different shaft at pedal, bad ones had red ends.
