Smarty jr or the juice?

I drive an 07 2500 with a 5.9 and would like to put a programmer on it for towing. I just dont know if i should get the smarty or the juice. Any kind of help would be nice. The truck is stock except for 35s. Trailer i tow is 33 ft, loaded it is about 22000 comb.

Not an expert but from what I hear the Smarty is going to be more bang for the buck over the edge.
