6.1 Hemi and Trans Swap

I have the chance to swap a 6.1 hemi and trans out of a SRT8 Charger into my 1979 Power Wagon. The question I have has to do with the Diamler 5spd trans - will it tow and if not any recomendations on what type of new dodge trans I should swap for it?

i dont know what trans youd need, but for that motor id make it work that baby has some sick power sorry chouldnt help
