Red face runs but not right

fire fuel time all correct everything hooked up right runs but rough check engine light is on will run code tomorrow. would the temp sensor keep it from running if so how about running well?

I'm a chevy guy so I'm not to familar with dodge motors but on the chevy you disconnect a base timing wire then set your timing and when you hook it back up the computer takes over from there. like I said tho I dont know if dogde has that wire or not.
