2007 1500 hemi starting problems

My 2007 1500 is in the shop for the 5th time because it does not want to start. It has been towed 3 times and the other 2 I got it to start?? They have changed fuses, replaced the starter moduel and it is there as I type becuase they have no idea what it is this time. They told me to pull out the fuse for a minute and that would make it start. I have not had the truck 1 year. I have drove it 200 miles between the last 3 times it has been in for this issue. When do I say enough is enough. Lemon??? Any one having starting issues with there trucks? They told me that a bulliton just came out for this issue and they fixed it accordingly but it lasted 3 days then would not start again. I am scared to drive it when it is "fixed" because there is that tought it will not start. I just want them to give me another truck or figure out what is wrong.

call a lemon law attorney and ask them about it all and to see if you qualify for the lemon law act. if you do quail. then you may or may not have to pay attorney fees.

what state are you in?? i will forwarn you. winning a lemon law case is very hard to do. one reason i ask is that in texas you are only eligable to present this case is to have documentation that whatever they fail to fix puts your life or others life at risks. unable to start a vehicle does not fall under that. but taking the dealership to court might be fesible under the right conditions.
