Dodge Ram 2500 turbo

I need help i have 2000 dodge ram 2500 turbo des.
every once and awhile i will go out to start it.you go to start it and it wont start lights work but motor will not crank.i have found that it keeps blowing a small fuse under the hood.i have check the hot leed at the starter and it is good an tight. can any one help.

what does the fuse go to? is it a maxi fuse?
