The coolant is.... Dex-Cool(r)...

Tranny fluid is .... ATF type F fluid...

Brake fluid should be the same as most every vehicle, DOT 3 fluid....

This is the info I have anyways.... check it out, if you ever need to purchase these things, when you enter a auto parts store, tell them what you have and they will always help you pick them out... you can even shop online by vehicle, but that does not always work.... I got this information from NAPA online, searching by your car, so if it is wrong... blame them LOL.... not me! ....

Whoa! I don't know what Junior's smoking, but I guess at least he got the brake fluid right (DOT 3).

OEM coolant was the plain old green ethylene glycol.

Trans fluid was ATF+3, which has superceded to ATF+4. The +4 is a definite improvement, in both temperature extremes and fluid life, as it uses a group III base. It is now licensed and widely available, not only at the dealer, but WalMart, etc. Now, some people have destroyed these trannies by using Dexron, which has less friction modifiers than ATF+. Type F has basically nothing for friction modifiers. It would be a guaranteed trans failure to pour Type F in a modern Chrysler trans!

Junior,

Nothing personal about my reply - sorry if I offended you. I was just surprised. I'm curious what site recommended Type F for this van (can you post a link, maybe?), since you mentioned both NAPA and Carquest. It just amazes me that a site would recommend Type F for a modern vehicle, let alone a Chrysler product, which have used ATF+ since around 1990 or so. Thanks!

I went back to the site, Advance auto.... And I got it again, and three other options including ATF+3/4 I use them as a quick reference... but you know, they have been wrong in the past... I just tyed what i saw... here is the link... While we find your parts, please enter your ZIP Code at PartsAmerica.com
Notice the chosen vehicle at the top of the screen. But after searching many other sites and researching this, you are right, they are the only ones offering this as an option... So I admit, I was wrong here. I was not offended, I was just defending... but I am wrong and you are right... so no issues there....LOL
