1999 dodge cummins acceleration

I have a 1999 2500 cummins runs good then i get a check engine light, then it has a hard time to get to 50mphits like it has no throttle,my thought is my throttle position sensor as my vp44 is only about 1 yr old and at the same time i replaced my stock lift pump with the FASS pump,im hoping its as simple as changing out my tps.thanks in advance for answers

It sounds like its in default (diesels do that) you need to scan it and go from there

a faulty tps is usually going to cause high idle and late shifting. is this relating to the p02 something another code you mentioned in another thread?? something having to do with high voltage for turbo??
