1988 dodge D150 differential

My 88 D150 has a limited slip differential. When everything is cold no problems. After the truck is driven on the freeway more than a few miles when you come to a stop it shakes and sounds like something in grabbing. I have changed the diff fluid, front calipers and breaks and ujoints. Any ideas? The more that the drive train heats up the worse it gets.

Yes and no. I have looked at them for wear and damaged parts and see any problems but not as a cause of this issue. Also forgot to mention that the rear end is out of a 1992 with anti lock breaks.

I have since had an avid off road guy I work with look at the rear end and his opinion is that it is not that bad. He thinks it is in the transmission. I have been wondering about that me self. It is almost like there is a rear bearing or bushing at the end of the transmission that when every thing gets wormed up has too much play and allows the drive shaft to move around at the transmission end. Does this sound reasonable? I am thinking of having the transmission rebuilt.
