Transmission problems?

i have a 98 ram 1500 pickup and it seems to be slipping. it has a stutter as i give it some gas. whats wrong here?

it is two wheel drive. and it stutters at the begining of every start off the line and other times but i do not have an rpm gage and it does it at around 20- 30 mph

i would start at checking for codes and if you have access to a scanner that would be better.
how does it idle?

it idles correctly. one of my oxygen sensors is out but i dont know if that would cause that.

which one? pre/post cat or the ones at the manifolds?

the only thing i remember the guy sayin was it was on the driver side of the truck
