2003 Hemi

I have a 03 Dodge Hemi 1500 truck. I have replace the air filter with a cold air one, put on some headers, changed out the whole exhaust from the cat back with a flow master.

Is there something else that I can do to get more power?

Have you considered something like this www.superchips.com or similar.

changing gear ratios will give you more low end torque. a shift kit might help with performance of the ponies as well.
