ok got a question what would cause the check engine to flash 10-15 times after i got n the truck a lil to pass a car!!!

absolutely. mine did that and turned out to be random misfire.

You can alos spray carb cleaner around the manifold and if the rpm's rise then there's the leak, my .02 cents.
