front wheel bearings

just to let you guys know if you have to replace the front wheel bearings in a 1999 dodge ram 3500 4x4 you have to replace the whole hub assembly because they are not rebuildable and they are not cheap. if you dont have abs they run around $210 if you have abs they are around $340 the only good thing is they are not real hard to replace.

chevy is the same way around that model year. even on the 1/2 ton pickups. 210 does sound a little on the high side though. did you check around for prices??
