| Wow, that's low mileage for a truck that old. I used to have an '85 Dodge D150 with the 225 slant six motor. Sold it to a friend some years back and he's still driving it. Current mileage is over 300k and truck still has the original motor & transmission. My dad was the original owner and the first 200k miles were hard. |

| the 225 was unstoppable. very few times have i run across one that could not be fixed. lovely to work on if it was not related to the ignition. they built the entire setup on one side of the engine so that you could step off into the engine compartment on the drivers side. |
