| Looking for some help with a starting problem with my 78 dodge truck. Machine has 80K , carburated, 400ci. Has been drop dead dependable untill the last month or so. Was driving early morning and it just died!! Would not start. Turned over fine but acted like it was getting no fire. I can get it to fire right up with the outside temp is 70 or above. If it's below that you can crank it till the battery dies and it will not start. The choke sets just like it should. It's getting gas , in fact it will flood it you're not careful. If it's over 70 degrees it will fire up on the first crank, no spitting or sputtering. Idles smooth as silk.?? I'm getting fire to the distributor. Getting gas to the carb??? WTF is going on. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated. |

| It is thew ignition module located on the firewall, it has a plug with 5 or so wires on it. Mine would go out every so often. |
