K&N Question

I recently bought an 06 Hemi Ram 4X4 and installed a K&N FIPK for it. Since installation I have noticed an audible clunk when cruising around 50 mph. It resembles a door or valve slamming open or closed. I have removed and re-installed the intake looking for answers but haven't found anything. If anyone else has had this problem please let me know what you found. Also I would like to know what kind of effect it has had on youyr mileage. I expected slight gain in MPG and mine has seemed to decrease since installation. Just looking for answers. Thanks in advance for any help

Welcome to the forum and howdy from TEXAS. My buddy placed a cold air intake with a K&N filter well he felt that his Charger with a Hemi got slower I think one has to get a custom tune on a new car/truck.
