if you want to make the trip, i try to stick with the 30 packs. but the only thing i have going right at the moment is the whiskey under the kitchen counter. thanks for the compliments also.
been giving it a bit of thought about the spare. i would love to have matching rims but in the even that it is not possible, i could go to the local upholster and see if i could get a wheel cover for it instead. at least then, i could choose what it looked like and or said on there staring at everyone behind me.
beginning to wonder too, if i should have made the mounting bar lockable so it wont swing open in the event of a rollover. i dont ever go that far but what is the purpose behind these things, anyways. maybe something as simple as a clevice pin or something to that effect. dont really want to put an actual lock on there as i might not can fumble with that lock late at night looking for that tow chain.

Brad put back the spare tire where it goes then just place a bigger tire on the roll bar rack and put a tire cover over it problem solved cheap. OK give me some rep points. LOL

gmc, i cant do that cause i dont have a wheel to fit there. it gets mounted on studs that i have welded to a plate. i cannot mount the big spare on that wheel because i wont fit. that 315/70/16 will not fit too good on a 7" wheel.
maybe i can get a big "kiss this, ford boy" sticker put on the back of it. that would be right next to the, "if you cant dodge it, ill run you over."

i am not looking for trouble like you do. but would like something catchy if i do go this route. i would much rather have the alloy with no cover though. problem is now, that i cant go anywhere without being noticed. i have the only setup like this in town and it sticks out like a sore thumb. maybe i need a disguise.

all this talk about stickers and decals reminded me of a guy i saw on the yard the other day. he had "your a$$ here" written across the toes of his boots. haha.

more good news. something is evidently wrong with my antenas as the SWR cannot be adjusted out right. figured id try it out before hooking everything up and dang it. i believe ill try using a new cable first incase my current one has gotten pinched. still need to build a mount for my CB in the truck somewhere but the 4wd gear shifter is in the way and i cant put it in the seat cause thats where my son sits.
now to decide on the next project for it. hopefully, it will be in the regearing dept.

Hey Brad, That is almosty identical to my truck. Except the 8 lugs, Same color and everything. I would like to see a few pics of it without being blocked by bushes and such, What lift do you have to clear 35s.
