Agreed to a point, But trail riding can cause shock loading when the tire looses traction then grabs something while the tire is turning. My old jeep broke a dana 44 with the 225 buick oddfire (POS motor) I was crossing over a hill with wheel spin in the mud, then I slid sidewards onto a rock and grabbed traction suddenly, SNAP, that did it. I pulled the axles for dana 60 front and FF14 rear adn went with a 355 chevy adn a t18 trans. Build it stron, you wont hav to limp in home
