Okay, you lost me there Brad...
And just FYI... my birthday is Tuesday, and I'm over 50, and have a 1 ton diesel as my daily driver. Do I need to get Helga and her whip in here?

what hemi has 16 plugs?

I know top fuel runs 16 plugs with 2 magnetos to help fire all the fuel they dump, but I have never seen anything like that on a "regular" motor...

on engines with this setup, the second plug is fired on the exhuast stroke for emissions. pretty sure it's been a minute since anyone has used this setup.

bah, i was wrong. they fire at the same time. you'd think you'd have a horrible spark knock with this.

do you actually use the full power of the 1 ton, or do you do nothing more than piddle around in it. most of the elders around here buy these 50K + rigs just to drive to church or to the store. confuses me as they could be doing this with a 1/2 ton.

Well yeah, I do construction for a living, so yes, I do use the power (or just the cubic footage of the box) at times. Like loading it up to the roof with 40lb. bags of mulch the other day (110 bags), or 53 cases of hardwood for the floors in my house (65lbs each). But most of the time it's fairly empty. Oh yeah, the side boxes are loaded, picks, axes, hammers, bars, jacks, saws, etc., but that's probably only a half ton or so.

It just seemed funny when I read that remark, from out of the blue and not connected to anything else, and I found myself thinking, "Hey! I resemble that remark!"

Besides, I'm trying to make Helga the unofficial barmaid/bouncer/mascot of this place.

To add to your question Brad, why is it
The older the couple get, the bigger the vehicle they get????? is it so they do lethal damage when they run someone off the road??
