I just got another dodge, 85-86 w250 x2 manual trans with a granny gear. Trk has been sitting for 5+ years, now comes the list of problems, Had to replace the 110 Amp Alt & Reg, blasted fuseablelinks all 4 are corroided into, ? Can I replace them with in line fuse's? Next headache no head lights, no parking lights, replace light switch? no lights on panel for gauges either. Looking for source for tail light lens, some body or the bull has broken both seem people on ebay really likes them, 38.00 each. By the way, any one need a 04-06 dodge dully bed, as a new take off, color white, I have one and a set of front rotors, factory air box, all for sale cheap, since the fenders were costing 900.00 each when I backed mine into a fence post, I purchased a complete bed for 1500.00, since then I decided to put flat bed on trk, and now just sold it to some lucky guy. Unless you have dealt with the links already ? might check that the fuses are good and actually have power before changing switch.

Definatly sounds like a fuse. for the most part all of the circuts you mention are all tied in together. i'll kook into the tail light lenses. If i find something i'll let you know.
