Found a good use for this old Holset turbo

I know this is not a truck but I thought I would share this tid bit for you Dodge guys. We needed a good sized turbo for a Mitsubishi Galant VR4 we are building for a guy and he was running short on cash. We rebuilt his forged 4G rotating assembly after the previous owner blew it up. This was around a 650 dyno proven hp. vehicle. There is a local diesel shop right down the street that has a pile of old turbo cores so we went to see what we could find. We found a Holset H1C that has very minimal shaft play and is in pretty good shape. I guess it wasn't supposed to be in the core pile but the gentleman sold it to us for $150. We already had an internally gated turbine housing that mates with our manifold and O2 housing because the last turbo on this car was a Holset HX40. This was a great alternative to get this car back on the track. Thank you Dodge.
