| 01 dodge dakota starting trouble + stalling Hey whats going on guys? One of my friends from school has a 2001 dodge dakota v8, he claims everything was fine before but recently he was in a accident. Now his vehicle randomly shuts off and it will crank back up but feels like battery was drained but battery never drained down. It has trouble starting in the cold, but whenever it is warm everything runs fine. none of this happen before the accident. It runs perfect whenever it is started and warms up. I'm thinking its a sensor some where. TPS? Oxygen sensor? Injectors? __________________ Maybe someone can help us out?? --- B-rad

| Sounds like map sensor. Check the map sensor to see if it has loose connection from the accident. |

| Check the catalytic converter too. The accident may have jarred a bunch of crud lose and it's plugging up the converter some. Pete |
