converting from 318 to 360

Ok im new here and i have a couple questions that yall could possibly help me out with. First of all i have a 96 2wd ram w/5.2 and i am looking into putting a 360 from the same year model truck that had been wrecked only 20000 on it so is threre anything that will need to be changed before i can do this? somebody told me that the torque converters are different.

oh and i do have the computer for the 360 as well
