check engine light

my check engine light is on for the 02 sensor with low threshold in an 03 ram. i have been to three dealers and no one can figure out exactly what all is wrong with it. every time they say they have fixed it, the check engine light appears back on. ive got long tube headman headers, brute force cold air intake, super chips programmer, and a cat back exhaust. can anyone please tell me what i can do or what may be causing the problem.
thanks

Where do you have the O2 sensor(s) located? Does your system have 2 sensors(one in front of the cat and one behind the cat)? You say you have a "cat back" exhaust, what brand? Did it have a place for the sensors to be mounted or did you have to add it? Are you running true dual exhaust or do you have one side crossing over to join with the other? How many cat convertors were on your truck new and how many now with the changes you have done?
Yeah I know, a lot of questions, but required to figure out what is going on. You have made considerable changes to the exhaust/engine and that is where the O2 gets it's information. I am thinking that the long tube headers have made the biggest difference for the O2. The location of this sensor is important to the ECM's inputs to the engine.

everything stayed the same except for the headers but what i cant understand is that its been to 6 dealerships and non of them can find the problem
it only has one cat it all runs into one pipe when i took it to the dealers they all told me the same thing that the 02 is bad and its not throwing no volts i had them replace the 02 twice and its still doing the same thing alls it says is catalist below threshhold im thinking i might have to do a tune up to it

Tune up won`t help. If its a catylist code it is using your downstream sensor/sensors to moniter your cat. What is the actual P code number and definition. You should have it on your reciept.
