water leak in floor board

I removed all the carpet out of the truck and it was soaked on driver side and passenger side. The truck is a 97 dodge dually 3500. I ran water around doors and windows and on top of the truck. I could not find any leaks. This morning I ran the a/c and heat and still no water? Has anyone had this problem.

Did you verify that it was only water, and not antifreeze? A bad heater core could be leaking inside of the cab. Usually only drops water on the pass. side, but you never know. Is the coolant tank low? How much water did you find on the floor? Was it raining where you are at when you discovered the problem?

The ac will leak in side when the trucks get older. On the fire wall in the engine compartment is where it should come out. It should run down on the outside but in stead the wind will blow it back around the gasket. You need to put a little hose to get it a way from the fire wall.
