1997 dodge daully diesel charging problem

Hi All I have a charging problem?
Computer Reads 13.8 to 14.1 volts on the scanner But at the battery an back of altenator voltage reads 12.6 . I check grounds cables an have ign feed to alt field as well as computer ground at field any help would be appreciate

i had some low voltage a few weeks ago and you need to remove both bat cables and make sure they are clean also at the frame and starter
also check if there is a big draw check with amp meter ........pete

Thanks Pete went down that road already no draws cables are clean as are all grounds. Waiting on a computer to get here as that controls the charge rate.

Put a remanufacted computer in solved all athe charging problems . It runs better than ever.
