 | shaking my 1999 dodge ram 1500 4x4 right front tire was shaking so i put new bearing and now it shakes even worse, just on the right side, any ideas? |

 | thrown belt in the tire, bad shock, bad tie rod bad ball joint. could be a number of things.

| dont let it be a bad ball joint!! I had that happen while driving and it was the scariest thing of my life!!! They are cheap compared to the consequences you might face!! Good luck

| well obviously u split the ball joints to change the w/b and it sounds like u made the bad ball joint worse when u put it back together, usually the upper will be the culprit but i would change em all if your going to do one. and get quality balljoints cause the cheapo's just kinda slide right into the ID and seem to alwase be loose. |

| i bought two new ball joints for 50 a piece and they were the quality ones from Napa, when my bf replaced them for me he noticed that the ones in there before were the cheap ones and still looked brand new (bought the truck off a farmer) so definately do not go cheap with this
