Angry 2002 1500 wont start in the cold

I have a 02 1500 4x4 and it wont start in the cold, I thought it was the battery so I reolaced it but still it just turns over. It sounds like it wants to start but nothing, I put some fuel line water remover in thinking that the lines might be frozen, but still nothing. It started fine yesterday in -10but today it wont. Any ideas????

put a nipco under the oil pan, its -35 in northern minnesota right now and i have 2 block heaters installed and the truck still wont start, so i made a heat stack out of some stove pipe and stacked square bails around the truck and let her heat for a while and she popped right off. but i would assume u have water somewhere in the system. and nothing wants to work right at that temp.
