| tyler 7: we could use a little more info on your vehicle. You have posted in the Dodge forum, so one can only assume that we are looking at a dodge, but dodge made many trucks. Can you be a little more specific. I would also like to share with you something about lift, and cheap in the same sentance. Too many safety issues are involved with lifting a vehicle to get "cheap" here. Many things are altered by lifting a vehicle, such as steering, braking, and driveline angles. By trying to find a cheap way to alter these, often result in an unsafe vehicle. Don't get me wrong, I own two Super Duties, that both run 40" tires, and an Excursion on 38" rubber. I like big trucks too, and I am very aware of some problems that can occur with trying to do things on a budget, that may compromise saftey. I will get off my box now, I did not mean to preach, but "safe" should also be on that list. |
