Mega cab Question ??

Just purchased a 2007 Mega Cab 4x4 dually diesel, my question is regarding a gooseneck hitch. What type of gooseneck hitch does anyone recommend, I pull a 5 horse trailer, and am concerned with it looking like it's gonna be close to the cab?? Any info greatly appreciated! (I prefer under the bed hitches, due to when not pulling a trailer, I use a slide in dog kennel.)
