Air conditioner stops blowing hard after run for about 15 minutes. Water has starting dripping out of the vent in the floor board on the passenger side.

Your evaporator is freezing up or drowning. Check to see if you are getting any water dripping from the a/c drain hose under the hood at the bottom of the cab.. You should see water dripping from the tube coming from inside the cab (when a/c is on). I have had that tube plug up from dirt and such. If it is not dripping from the tube, (be careful) you can stick a stick or something in it to clear it out. If it does not work it may be the evaporator is freezing up.
